Hello, indiedb viewers and our loyal watchers.
I address you this time with numerous updates on the state of the game formerly known as Crusader's Quests. I give a breif description of the core gameplay systems. I also discuss prizes for our watchers, and crowdfunding. I've also uploaded a new image featuring some of the updated graphics for the game.
From the beginning the name Crusader's Quests was a placeholder. The gameplay was nearly set in stone, but the story and atmosphere of the game had yet to be developed. This name change marks the next stages of evolution for the game. The game is approaching year four and my goal is to work on it full-time from now on.
The game has five core gameplay systems that supplement the players experiences within their environment. The combat system, statistical system, inventory system, voice command system, and variable experience system. On the kickstarter page(link below) these are discussed briefly. I'd recommend checking it out. In the near future I'm going to be posting news to this IndieDB page with details on each one.
I've recently made the decision to try and work on Coldenlight full-time. This would mean amazing things for the game, but requires me to take a shot at kickstarter and a few other places. Spreading the word about the game and our kickstarter page is a substantial way to assist in the development of the game. A lack of funds is what has hindered the game the most so far.

I want to thank everyone for sticking with us over this time. It has been a long arduous journey, and there is much more ahead! In the next updates I will be discussing, in detail, the various gameplay systems. The kickstarter page has some good basic information about them right now.
