Nice, can standalone games participate too?
From previous years standalones were allowed I dont see any changes.
Voting will still occur on standalone games, so yes they can participate. They cannot however win "Mod of the Year" for obvious reasons.
There is an Editors Choice "standalone" game - and if standalone proves super popular, we will setup a "top 5 standalone"

Our mod already has some trailers, how do we participate?
Ha the funny thing is that the top two of Unreleased Mods of 2005 (BlackMesa and Forgotten Hope 2) still haven't released. Wonder if they'll end up as high this time.
There will be a series of Editor's Choice awards on just about every aspect of mods, from the gameplay to the most interesting props. Sound will be considered alongside the rest, so be it a 52-piece orchestral number or a rather cool weapon noise then the chances are we'll find it and recognise it.
