In March 2013, Blue Isle Studios and Parsec Productions released one of the scariest horror gems in recent memory - the survival horror video game, Slender: The Arrival. In the game's third level, you had to activate 6 generators in order to restore the power of an abandoned mining facility whilst being chased by a masked assailant.
Now, 6 years later, you will be forced to face your fears in The Chaser - a spin-off to the aforementioned game. The Chaser is a 2017 survival horror video game developed by the American indie video game developer, SlenderDev, in association with Blue Isle Studios and Parsec Productions. You play as Lauren, the protagonist of The Arrival and a young woman looking for her best friend, Kate. Following the events of Slender: The Arrival, Lauren discovers that her best friend has been turned into a feral creature wearing a white hoodie and mask - known as the Chaser. After being knocked unconscious, she awakens in an abandoned mental institution and must find a way to escape not only the building, but the Chaser as well.
The Chaser - the official spin-off to the 2013 survival horror video game, Slender: The Arrival, will be released worldwide for PC and Mac on Friday, October 13th, 2017.
