So I said it'd probably be a few weeks, but as always we seem to be working in Valve Time.
Not much I can really say other than our main coder is apparently expecting a baby in the next two weeks. So again, we're really close, but we don't have a definitive date yet.
Very probably we're gonna have to spring it on you guys without warning. :P

New version isn't out yet, we still don't know when it will be exactly - but we're very close.

The work this team has done already is outstanding, truly. I honestly check this page out once a week, hoping that the greatly anticipated next version is ready for release, lol. Please keep up the (much appreciated) hard work!
