Steam Greenlight, a method of indie games to get noticed by Steam. Basically, a person applies with a game on Steam Greenlight, and Steam asks potential customers "Would you buy this game if it was released on Steam?" if many say "yes" the game is released on Steam. However, Steam Greenlight is on its way out unless we do something about this! Steam claimed it will remove Steam Greenlight because it is "evolving" and if we don't do something about it, we could lose one our silver bullets to getting indie games released! There are so many unique ideas that only indie games would be daring enough to try and we might lose or miss them without Steam Greenlight! Help keep it alive by supporting my blog, adding me to your watched list, and helping me organize a mass event to keep this disaster to the indie community from occurring!

I did read earlier about it, that Valve stops with Greenlight.
I don't think that this will be changed, even when a lot of people say they want to keep Greenlight.
As far as i understand it did it take 100 dollars to get your game on greenlight, if this is the case, then a lot of people have payed for this, and now it stops. Thats not very nice of Valve then.
