The Thrive Team is now Revolutionary Games. Our small game studio should be validated anytime now, and we'll be official. This may seem like the first post in a long time, and that's because it is. Our project has undergone a few changes in management and it's been a bit tumultuous. Now, however, we are quite stable and have been making more progress than ever before. Currently we are hard at work on our game's modular engine, dubbed BEAT, among other things. In fact our lead programmer, Bashinerox, came to us through this page, so we know this site is quite a valuable respource for us.

I'd like to thank all of our followers here for giving us a bit of their time and supporting our quest for a better game. With that, I'd like to answer a few questions.

Q: When does the game come out?
A: We really don't know when the game in its entirety will be available, but as soon as we have anything playable, it will be posted here.

Q: I'd like to join the Revolutionary Games team, but I don't really have any skills. Can i still help?
A: Yes of course! You and all of your friends can join if you want, who knows what you'll come up with that will make the game better.

Q: What will the game be rated?
A: Having a game rated costs money, and as a nonprofit developer, we don't have any. Our game will be as violent or benign as the universe you make.

Q: Will your game be playable online?
A: In a game with the complexity of ours, online play is a no-go. However, we will be setting up official sites in which you can share your organism, technology, planets, and other creations with other players.
