Hello everyone, I am posting this on the 3 sites we post info on for all of our fans to read. Daily, I receive PM's emails, and instant messages not to mention posts on the various sites from fans asking me to put in this hero or that hero. We have had requests to add heroes from Obscure comics, the Clone Wars show, the movies, etc. Now we would love to add in every single Jedi that existed from the clonewars era but that would take ages to model, rig, animate and code in.. and there is no point to it. While we are sure some of you want Admiral Yularen in the mod we are sorry we let you down. I have had many nasty emails sent from fans demanding to know why their favorite Jedi is not in the mod and may I rot in hell for not adding in he or she. To be honest, its a bit exhausting to work on this mod, deal with real life daily and answer these emails and PMs not to mention having to respond to various fanboys on MSN asking the same repeated questions. While I do love hearing from the fans, and I take constructive criticism well, repeated comments like "When its coming out?" or "Is Rex in the mod?" are VERY distracting and when I have to answer these questions it takes time away from me completing this mod. Sadly the volume of emails, PM's,IM's, etc I do receive from fans is impossible to answer. If your message you sent was ignored, dont take it personal. Its most likely I was busy responding to another email from someone asking me If I will be adding in the Jedi Chuckwagon or if I can make a Anakin podracer variant or will there be clones riding on Shaak's. Now moving along, to the topic at hand and the heroes. Most of your requests I have read, and through the mods progress we have made changes based on fan response or fan requests. Please read below carefully as I will no longer respond to ANY questions regarding characters from this point on....
With regards to the Clone Commanders. We CANNOT add in every 1000000000000 clone commander you guys wants. I am sorry. We know you guys love the clones but give us a break.
Commander Cody will be in the mod as a MAJOR HERO
Commander Gree,Rex,Bacara,Bly, and Deviss will be in the mod as Minor Heroes however you cant build them as their appearance is location based so its random.
Appo,Neyo,Fox,Wolffee,Thire,Stone,Ponds,Levet,Clutch,Bow, Odd Ball, Keller,Jenks and any other clone will NOT be in the mod ever!
Now for special clone units.
ARC Troopers will be Minor Hero units you can purchase from the ARC training centers on Kamino, and Carida. You will be allowed to build 10 of them Max.
Deltasquad WAS a major hero, however based on fan input we have decided to make them Minor heroes, able to be built on Kamino.
JetTroopers. Will NOT be in the mod but may be in the expansion as we do have rigged models ready for them.
Omega Squad will NOT be in the mod or an expansion EVER.. So dont ask.
Clone Pilots,Gunners,Drivers,etc. will NOT be in the mod or expansion. Its bad enough we decided to make specialized clones for the AT-RT and BARC. That is enough and we would love to add even more detail by having correct clones for each vehicles but we just cant.. sorry.
Ranks: Yes, the clones will have various rank colors and each unit will have the correct number of Non-Comm and Comm Officers. Dont ask how this works.... ;)
Units: Yes larger clone units are in the mod. The 501st,327th, 212th, 41st, 7th Sky will be in the mod. Any other units will not. Again, I have posted numerous times on how these large units work so please use the search function on either IA2's forums or EEAW's forums.
Other clones. Security clones ARE in the mod and will be able to be used on Coruscant and some other special maps. Due to popular request we added in Senate Commando's also for Coruscant to augment the other clones.
Armor: You will be able to build Phase 1 clones up to Tech 4 then after that its all Phase 2 clones. Skirmish is only Phase 1 clones. This switches automatically.
This is it clone wise.. we do have variants mixed in with the clone units. Some have carbines, some have rifles, some have bandoliers, some dont, some have dirty armor some have brand new. But as for more custom clones we are not adding in anymore.
Palpatine is in the mod of course however he acts like Mon Mothma in EAW. We are not adding in a ground model for him as we don't think its useful.
Now onto the Jedi lineup.We are limited to Major heroes. Sadly the engine only allows 11 heroes to be displayed on top of the screen at one time. So that means unless we wanted Jedi to be purchased and built, but that is kind of wrong. Jedi should not cost the player credits. That is just against the purpose of the mod. The Republic had the Jedi and if you fight the Republic the Jedi go along. Its not, "Ok well the Republic is broke so I guess no Jedi will fight." ;) Originally we had planned to have 18 Jedi in the mod. However as we realized this was not possible, we scaled it back to 11.

Now with the popularity of the Clone Wars show we had overwhelming demands to add in Ashoka Tano. So we complied so now Ashoka Tano is on the list BUT this means we have 11 and even with 10 its too many. We need to fit Cody and Palpatine on the hero bar. So a tough choice needed to be made. Do we not include Ashoka? Do we remove a Jedi? Then came the demands for Kit Fisto... while we got many demands for various Jedi the ones for Kit came the most. So.. for the last time we have changed the lineup a bit and this will make things fit on the hero bar and satisfy all the fans. Below is the FINAL list of Jedi heroes in the mod.

We will be including the Shaak-Ti and Barris Offee in the modding pack that will come out after the mod for those modders that wish to include them. We will also include the source for Ki-Adi-Mundi as well. We know this will anger some of you but we cant please everyone.
We did consider making a Jedi Temple building where all the Jedi could be built, but again the buildbar for land is getting crowded so tough decisions had to be made.
u know think u for telling us this u have my respect and gratitud (sorry for spelling were not all perfict.) i hope in the future lucasart will hire and u can becume a grate game disiner.

Quit whining last time I checked it was z3r0x who was making this mod not U, so he gets to decide. I do like the line up.
Just throwing in my two cents: I think they should replace Ashoka Tano with Kiamudi and put her in the expansion thing.
i agree when ahsoka came in she just didnt catch on, i feel that ahsoka did appeal to the younger kids because usually the older jedi are shown(except anakin which we see in ep.2) and we dont see much of the younger jedi)but then again the way the acts just made me think wow! i really dislike this character

I am glad u put a final word in this matter...it was starting to sick us all the "put this guy in" or "take this guy out"...at last we know what heroes will be in the mod...and i think i speak for everyone when i say that we know it is difficult to mod a game..let alone do a total conversion...so take your time, and make the best damn mod.EVER....u know it will be appreciated by all your fans...THANK YOU XD

I'm a bit disappointed that Barriss was cut, but I guess it was, *sob*, necessary... At least I'll be able to add her myself. As for those people that don't like Ahsoka (including myself) just use her to run absolutely useless suicide missions and you'll have your vengance.
I would have preferred it if Jedi were a regular unit, with the more powerful ones as heroes, but this system is fine I guess. As you said, not everyone can have their way.
Even with my minor quibbles, this is going to be DA BEST MOD EVA!
All minor things aside, this mod is close to finishing i've over heard that February is what they are shooting for, idk who posted the trailer on youtube but it said that in the description so based on that you all should be thankful that this mod is even going to be finished to the degree of perfection that it is. Not only that but the manhours logged by Z and his fellow modders is beyond all other clone wars mods out there, this will change the face of the game and like i said take a step back and look at the grand scheme of things, all the pictures and news files uploaded over a course of time that is not easily grasped by anyone in anyway. Think about that. So all of you complainers out there can make your own mods, log some modeling time coding planets, coding each individual unit pairing it successfully with its skin, think long and hard about that. All of you who complain just look at a computer screen, bring up the site and look and feel free to criticize anything that you see. Please don't be one of those people.
why are we adding ashoka? she never existed if u guys remember, anikin was never granted to the rank of master therfore he can't take on an apprentice. and who realy likes that show anyway its the most uncannon peice of crap i ever had the misfortune of veiwing.
if they do decide to put in the campains i hope that it will be more cannon then the hero line up.

I had an idea! make a Jedi Temple you can build on planets in The Galactic Conquest. if you have it, then you can create:
Plo Koon.
Barris Offee.
Ki-Adi-Mundi.
Shaak Ti.
Kit Fisto.
Ashoka Tano.
Luminara Unduli.
Aayla Secura.
Saesee Tiin.
and the heroes can be this list with 8 heroes:
Yoda.

And for the Clone Commanders An Command Center in the Galactic Conquest.

they are in the 501st after order 66 is given, not before, and omega has its name changed to squad 40 (how very dull)
Commander Cody and Captian Rex are also in the 501st

I mean normal Phase Clone Troopers and 501st Legion skin Troopers with more Armor And Better Life XP!
maybe yo can put ashoka tano and anakin skywalker or obi wan and anakin together, like c3po & r2d2 in the vanilla game
it's me. yes. again. in all the mods (and the vanilla game)i've played, the jedi had to much health. jedi are mortals in thin robes, not clones in bold armors. can't you give them just low health and instead a chance to doge or reflect attacks?

You could create hero teams like Anakin with Asoka or Luminara Unduli with Bariss Offee.
you know, that isn't a bad idea. like have a jedi's padawan with them. that would greatly increase the number of jedi heroes in GC. Why dont you do that Z? Like have Anakin and Ashoka, Luminara and Barriss, Kit ana Nahdarr? personally i think that is a great idea
THey were COmmando squads they are diiferent not part of the 501st supreme
maybe there should be more commado squads than just delta, seeing how there were several thousand commandos at the start of the war. And maybe the squads should be randomly named as they are produced with the name only visible in combat. It just makes more sense to me that the republic would deploy more than just one commando squad.
i don't even use the jedi alot in galactic conquest anyways, so its not that big of a deal to me...
I like the line up and for every one complaining plz just stop and let Z and his team work so we can all be happy.
I actually don't get the hole thing with the heroes. The heroes in EAW aren't limited to 10 or eleven, I don't get what the problem ist here?!
I know a mod which has about 20 mods and everything works perfectly. You just don't see them all in the right upper corner of the galaxy map screen, but they're still there. So why did they have to take some of them out of the mod?!
No one could've said this in better words.
If possible they should make it where it's like the "Return of the Clones" mod with that. Except have delta as a minor and the others like infiltrators. (What I mean by saying they should make it like that mod is that you could build any number of just commandos but they didn't have names.

Needs more CIS heroes, in my opinion. You know, less mon monthas and moff tarkins, more combat/unit heroes.
