I want to inform the people from the site that some of the content will be restored (content without the involved infringement). I also added proper credits in this page considering that some of the stuff didn't had proper credits.
From now (and for now) both parties have made the peaces.I would like in the future if any download have bad content to be informed first to remove the bad download.
I'm restoring some of the old downloads from now on at least the ones without any copyright infringement as far as I know.
Also considering the conflict between the two persons keep in mind that the wrong doings were shared from both Sergeant Kelly and Azarael. And I would like a bit of comprehension towards this.
And I don't want any trolling in the conversation page considering that things will get back to normal.
Normally every BW/JW modder will be able to use this page.
This mod page hosts all the mods related towards the Ballistic Weapons and JunkWars Community, not only Sergeant Kelly's. If there is a wrong download placed in there; please keep me informed or Captain Xavious rather than shutting down this page. It's been extremely difficult to recover, and I wouldn't like to redo the whole manipulation to recover it.
About the mods and upcoming mods I can say some are going to happen, and possibly sergeant kelly's and ballistic pro without the unauth stuff.

If you require it, my brother has all the Weapon Drops + SKBP on his memory stick, so I could give it to you as a backup. It also includes the unofficial patch and Fische/Jack Carver's pack V5.
That's good but for now I will try to restore the stuff before V10 considering that the V10 has been the main problem.
I will try to see with the admins though as I don't want this page being taken down again.

I still cannot get it through ModDB. Is it meant to be back up now? I am trying to download it from the big red download button on the April news update page and I assumed it would be the same file name as before on the same page.
They won't get it that soon. However I will try to put them hoping that with the proper credits will make me able to repost some of the stuff and any further stuff will be without that. So people needs to be patient.
I really hope they get this sorted out, what actually happened with the infringement. Something to do with the credits?
Anyways, looking some of the videos of this pack... They look awesome, V10 looks brilliant with the new guns that they have introduced are going to be amazing. Thank you so much guys for trying to get this sorted out :D
While I was never notified on the exact reasons, I believe it was taken down due to copyrighted sounds. The mod uses a lot of heavily modified sounds that sample some game sounds, which sits in a gray area of fair use.
Oddly enough, you can still find V8 of the mod as well as the Jack Carver pack (which I worked on the sounds for and presumably would be in the same situation). You'd have to ask the admin staff for more detail.
