Raindrop
Introduction
First news which introduces officially the HL2-mod Raindrop. We can't tell you right now what Raindrop is about, because the story is still in development, but be prepared for revelations concerning the plot in the nearby future. All we can say now, the mod isn't related to the HL2-universe. You won't face any combine, Vortigaunts or else. This news anyway shows you some of the progress which has been made on the mod. We also present you two brand-new screenshots:

We're seeking coders and character artists! I think this statement is self-explanatory. If you're interested, please feel free to drop us a line.

The Trailer is so full of feeling! Suspenseful! The maps are detailed beautifully! I am definitely watching this mod.

I love the desolate atmosphere on the screenshots and the trailer is very nice! (Do I sense some STALKER influences? ^^)
:O Wow, these are some INCREDIBLE screenshots! This mod is already dripping with atmosphere, and as metalspy said it looks as though you've gotten a lot of inspiration from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Which is a veryvery good thing. :D Good luck with it!

Definately a story based around Chernobyl and Pripyat, however if it's all about running and gunning then I don't think i'll like this at all...

Seems you guys have a good grasp of your style which is great to see. That's one beautiful teaser - maps look fantastic and I really liked the music and sound.
I'm really interested to see what comes of this. Looks like there's a lot of inspiration from the same theme as Stalker, however I hope you can beat its gameplay, story and characters ten-fold, then this could be a real work of art.

Damn it, this looks really amazing. The style is dirt and mature and it does not belong to the Half Life universe, seems like you heared my wish. Keep it up and I'll definitely stay tuned till you guys release it. (PS: The trailer really is promising, can't wait)
