Welcome to the first episode of Project Reality's new "Devcast". Devcast are very similar to podcast, but instead of just audio, they feature videos with commentary from PR Developers giving you a direct insight into the development of our game modifications.
Devcast #1 is all about the weapons, sounds and animations in the highly anticipated upcoming Project Reality: BF2 v1.0 release. PR:BF2 is a game modification for the retail online multiplayer PC game Battlefield 2. We will be covering many other changes and features in v1.0 in upcoming episodes.
So, without further ado:

See you on the battlefield!
yea why cant I maximize the video? No full screen or what?
Also do the weapons now take into account weather or not a round is chambered? IE regular and empty reload animations?
Also b4 I forget here is a link to the you tube version for peeps having problems with moddbs vids :/
I don't believe it is even possible to have both regular and tactical reload animations working properly in the BF2's engine. It was never done, as far as I know you can have different animations for the same weapon but only played randomly.
Can't wait to get my hands on all the new stuff and of course the French forces! :)
I knew santa was the one who made that as soon as i saw the hud!
Finally a PPSH-41 model that doesn't look straight out of BF1942.
The PPSH was courtesy of the good boys down at Battlefield Korea, which unfortunately has gone defunct..
Whoops that comment just now was from me.
cant wait for PR 1.0 it will soar PR to the top of all the best games/mods lists easily great work so far PR team:)
I'm so hyped. I've been checking MODDB and realitymod.com every day for the past 2 months.
I dont know if the battlefield engine allows it but a variation between reloading from a fully empty clip then reloading early would really bring out the realism in this mod.
