Greetings from the land of Epsylon. The Project Epsylon Team is proud to present some more work including some images for your viewing pleasure.

Major work went once more into the Engine and Game Code. This time though the focus has been put on Gameplay related code. Besides the conventional movement possibilities Epsylon features a Pose System providing you with many different poses like standing tall, crouching, lying prone and many others yet to come like for example wall hugging. Furthermore interacting with Computer Systems has been put into place and your personal Computer Pad is handed over to you. Besides using it in realtime instead of 2d full screen mode your Computer Pad is completly customizable. You run it like a real computer using your mouse and keyboard. It provides a file system and network connactibility allowing you to modify the content of your Computer Pad to your full desire. Install the applications that you see fit your tasks or mood. This Computer Pad is one of your most valuable assets in the game hence it receives as much freedom as possible. A powerfull GUI-Toolkit is assembled for exactly this purpose. Modding your own Computer systems is very easy this way. Another huge part of the Gameplay modifications is the Use-Mode System. With this system you can operate all objects you get across with only a handfull of buttons but with those you can do much more than conventional attack/use systems implemented in a typical shooter game. You simply select how you want to use an object and then you do it. Operating a desk lamp is not much different than operating a weapon or talking to people.

Besides this after a longer break our modellers could get back to work too ( yes, we all have a real life ). SiegfriedX did finish some more models and one is yet put in-game with a temporary skin. Furthermore a new Contributor joined up the team for the texture department. We are looking forward to his results.
