60 FPS.
It seems that many people here want 60 fps :D
60 or more
15 FPS is a standard for almost any RTS game.
And 30 is capped max for a reason. Since Dune II.
Wait ,what?
i'm always playing TFD C&C's with 60 FPS cap, thanks god that those .exe asm hackers done it <3
The first decade? Tiberian Sun,Red Alert 2,Generals+ZH is one thing(albeit hard to imagine), but playing CNC:TD 95 and RA 95 on 60 FPS?
Must be completely unplayable and scroll and game speed simply far too fast.
Dont tell me it doesnt makes you to lower them and slower down your game.
Bfme,CoH,SupCom,DoW40k,CNC3.
Simply almost all RTS games has capped FPS at 30 to synchronize with game events, otherwise game becomes unplayable.
Consistent framerate is far more important.
Obsession with 30+ FPS is weird.
15 fps is still playable for the majority of games, and anything above 30 fps is just a buffer room for lag.
Google can never be wrong xD
I really play with 60 FPS especially in DTA and i'm only lowering it on the hardest missions.
Dont know whats DTA. xD
But I, of course respect your choice :D
But you are still lowering it, one would say that more FPS would make your game easier.

Dawn of Tiberium Age?
Exactly, well i'm just lowering because i'm noob
60FPS RA2 makes everything fast, too fast.
In the time it takes for you to place one structure (the powerplant) you are already being slaughtered by a full army of AI.
On 60FPS, the Powerplant takes 0.15 of a second and a Refinery takes only 0.5 of a second. Really, playing at 60FPS is not realistic for RA2, LOL.
What should be clarified is that game speed is tied to framerate in the SAGE engine, as stupid as that sounds. So while normally more FPS is always better, if you were to increase the framerate to, say 60 FPS, you would have the game literally play twice as fast which is less than desirable.
