Here's the v1.4 Official Update for the Payne Effects 3 mod for Max Payne 2 made by The Silver! It includes a lot of bugfixes, some performance tweaks, new grenade death, new damage animations, new beretta shooting and a lot more! So I suggest to everyone to update to the latest 1.4 release, there are a lot of new awesome features ready to be discovered.
As always, be sure to have read the Useful Tips before playing my mod!

It still crashes to me at the first level with Mona, Routing her Synapses. The screen, right after the loading completes, gets black and i'm at desktop screen again. What could it be??
Thank you very much for the compliments, but about the crash I had no luck, on my pc sometimes it crashes and sometimes not, so I'm actually unable to find a fix, and to be honest I can't understand why it crashes... :P
I guess you will have to start from that level using the levelselector untill I find a fix. :)

what also made me cry is i have the same crash as jim there, wont load routing her synapses. its x_levelruntimemfc.dll that crashes i downloaded one of google with no luck :/ hope u can find a fix 1 day just downloaded level selector fff hope it works.

level selector didnt work.. if someone could help me asap with this problem i would b very grateful as i am stuck on this chapter now. guna try hunt for a level skip cheat for now :/
ugh sorry for multiposts, i was wrong level selector did work, strange it starts the level with that and not the origional savegame. oh well, TY AGAIN!

Ok guys I understood the problem with the download, blame the new GameFront download country BAN, basically if you don't live in one of their "loved" countries they will prevent you from downloading from their servers, here's the news: Moddb.com
