A preview of Naruto: Ninja-Densetsu's cel-shading system implemented by Alex on the Unreal 3 engine.
The above is a Work In Progress and does not constitute the final quality of the effect. The effect is in fact less complex than Unreal 3's default character shaders so performance could be positively affected.
I would like to see that shader applied to a character model, it's hard to see how it looks otherwise.
