First of all, Happy New Year from Back To School team! Better late, than never! Our team wanted to relax, just like you. Also we were busy preparing this little gift to you, that’s why we are late. Anyway, we wish you all success, good mood and health! Happy Holidays!
At the moment, we are simultaneously working to improve the first three chapters, as well as on new chapters. Remaking of old chapters almost complete, and soon we will produce a closed beta test of the first half of the campaign. But now, as a small gift - a new video and some screenshots.
First, a couple of new models - cinema chairs by our friend GoLDeN and prison beds by romasm.
Second, Chapter 3 : Town screenshots - This is the comparison of the old version of the third chapter (from old release - "three chapters" alfa version) with the new version, on that we are working now.
As we mentioned earlier the first three chapters are now in the process of conversion, to achieve the required level of quality. Chapter, that you see in the screenshots - still WIP, so please do not judge strictly. Basically, we wanted to show the new color corrections, but you can also see other small details.
Oh, and for dessert - a new video of "Developer Diaries ".
P.S.: See you later folks!
Looking really good :D. Nice models and love the level designs. Will be getting this once you guys release :D.
Very good looking, keep up the good work guys!
The light-effects are delicious, but that upper floor going ablaze in the building at the beginning of the vid...looked really weird, imho.
That said, I'm thrilled with anticipation for this one!
Awesome. That is some incredible mapping.
Omg I am so excited for this campaign! This looks like the best L4D custom campaign of all time.
The after effects on the maps are absolutely beautiful, huge improvement. You guys took everything to the next level. Congrats on creating this masterpiece for L4D and happy New Year :) Good luck on the rest of the campaign :)
Oh God, that trap's gonna be a bitch for unsuspecting players. You should include some sort of warning sign/poster saying "Beware of falling objects" or something funny like that. It is a construction site after all.
Yes, i think we will do something like that.
Movie like detail! Tracking...
video was amazing, well done, also really loved the music backing it :)
Very good looking, keep up the good work guys!! =)
very nice lighting!

Maps are much more refined and full of so much more detail, keep up the good work. And may I ask what songs were used in your video?
Music: Moby - Wait For Me (Instrumental Version)
