Briefly go over how the new DLC for sins will effect the mod, and how we plan to use it.

Hello All, Sorry for the delay in new recently I just had midterms and gearing to catch up for finals in a couple weeks. So onto the news as for the new DLC which i recomend it to all, The random event system will be very useful to use via travelling warpstorms or hive fleets and so on will be very helpful.

Some Ideas are:

Warp storms: Similar to a plasma storm but also deteriorate the planets health or allegiance along with it canceling out abilities in the sector. Well have to experiment with it and try it out and see what works.

Nid Hive Fleet: If able to spawn ships then will see but more research must be done.

Research Tree: For the Imperium hit a snag trying to figure out what to give them that makes sense and how i want to lock the ships or not, as well for the how the civilian research will go and diplomacy (which it is important but currently not a priority due to Imperium being the only one in.

The Mod Currently works for the new dlc and just waiting on some models to finish the current line up and then it is just finish the science and The Imperium is ready to go.

About to plasma storm, planet health loss and canceling out abilities in sector, that's awesome, but losing allegiance, that makes no sense :P

Planets exposed to the warp have increased Chaos Incursions...tends to cause problems on a planet :-P

and Idea i Had is one the Capital Ships be a Inquisitorial ship having the ability "Purge the Heretic" which would increase the Allegiance of a planet but 100% or something like that

In the research tree, the Imperial allegiance improvements could be Cathedrals and Faith Sermons.
Arbites or Imperial Guard garrisons, or even Inquisition headquarters should be able to stop the alien and heretics influence.
The Mechanicum would improve mining and building operations and the Imperial diplomat ship could be a Rogue Trader spacecraft.

The Imperial Capital Colony Ship will be the Battle Barge with the Chapter Strike ability which will be the colonize function

So the three factions are the Imperium of Man, Chaos and Eldar with the Orks being the pirates? Do you plan on adding other playable factions as well? Such as the Tau or the Necron? Even as an NPC incursion? (Similar to how rebels rock up on planets atm)
