As I announced a while back, the Beta Testers Collective had started testing some of our levels and provided some great feedback. One particular area that needed improvement was brought to my attention by Phillip during the course of his initial play through. Alone We Travel was lacking in background music.
To me, and probably everyone else, one thing that always helps to immerse a player in a game is good background music that fits map and type of action you are in. Sometimes it's hard to find the right kind of sound to mate with the scene. A few previously released mods I can think of on a whim did a great job of finding or creating the right kind of music that fit perfectly with the surroundings.
That is something I realized was missing so I decided to do something about it. I know it is frowned upon in the community to use music created by others and not use your own stuff. Luckily I'm a bit of a music junky and former dj so I have always had a thing for making music. So I put these tracks together to use at various times in various areas of the maps and I hope they will fit well. I'm sure I'll create some other tracks as well but I just wanted to share these, so I hope you like them!

I don't like the sounds, they sound too slow for an action game
These clips aren't meant to be for fight scenes, but more for just ambient background for times in-between fighting/action scenes.
all the music sounds like a kinda nice beginning for a song, just without anything after it. id suggest add lots of more sounds, it just sound kinda boring and unfinished. no offence
Background01 sounds like something from Legend of Zelda. Particularly The Goron's Den. Maybe add in a few more beats, a change in the melody somewhere along the song. If you did that, I think it would be the perfect song for something like a lab or a sanctuary. Just my opinion. Great music though, keep up the good work!

LOL...it's actually going to be a road, I just haven't made the center line markings yet.
