- Noesis Interactive has partnered up with Valve and Softimage and started creating a Mod Your World™ series of instructional DVDs, which focus on 3D modeling and PC game modding.
- The team behind Natural Selection announced they are making v2 of Natural Selection (a commercial version) on the Source Engine. Rock on!
- TKAzA launched a Go2Mods free hosting service for mod teams (including forums, bandwidth and all that cool jazz)
