Hi everyone,

You may have been eagerly waiting for these days since our aim was to get the Steam Early Access version of “Divinia Chronicles- Relics of Gan-Ti” ready by the end of this year. Now the time has come and it’s difficult for me to say, but I must announce that unfortunately we could not reach this goal in time. Still I want to take the time to make a small round-up of where we are standing right now:

What we have achieved already:
1. Porting the game to a new engine including improved graphics
2. The game is up & running on Steam
3. Extended & refined environments & dungeons
4. Refined combat and controls

What still needs to be done for the EA (Early Access) version:
1. The first monster in the game, the “nocturne squirrel”
2. The first elemental spirit, which will be your guide for the first chapters
3. Final animations & play testing

I am very sorry to let you guys down by not keeping our schedule :( But I hope you can see that we are almost there; for the next months we will be putting all energy into getting the last pieces together so that we have a complete and refined EA version which we think the game deserves. As soon as we are reaching the play testing phase we will be announcing the exact release date.

In the mean time, I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas, quality time with your friends and loved ones and successful and healthy New Year! ^_^

Warm regards,
Martin

What engine has the game been ported to? A newer version of Source or something else entirely?
