EA officially released half of the advanced mods in DLC Leviathan and other half only in DLC Omega. Assault thermal scope and Sniper super barrel released in DLC Citadel.
"Extended Cut" includes reference entries for these mods. Upgrades are available for playing if you have DLCs. I tired to use some mods with only Leviathan installed and mods appeared on guns, so you might use them even having one of Single player expansion packs. There might be some glitches though if you set some mods to be usable to other weapon class, like thermal scope on pistol may appear without texture. Haven't confirmed if bonuses apply correctly.
