Hey guys, in this article I will be giving some more updates on how the art revision is going, also talking about the changes to the way the IndieDB page will be handled and also talk about the two members of the team that if we had we would have the perfect team :) .

To start, I have removed all the older screenshots and downloads from the indieDB page, so unless you bought into the early access on groupees.com you won't be able to download the prototype anymore, and to see older screenshots you will have to look through our older news posts. The primary reason for this is essentially that I want all current content on indieDB to represent the current quality of development. The prototype served it's purpose, we got some fantastic feedback (thanks to you guys) on the combat and art and the quality of things in the future between gameplay and art will be substantially better and I want the content here to represent that.

Now on to the team members we are looking for and the status of our early access aim. We are still working towards an early access, but we aren't basing this on any particular time frame as much as we are a certain amount of functions and features of the game, we want a good early access that represents a small quantity of the overall quality we want from Legacy. With this in consideration, getting towards these goals would be awesome if any of you could, or know of anyone who would be interested in joining the team. I will be placing the full descriptions for the roles in our jobs available on the DPS Games page. Long story short, we need a 2D UI artist who can do some basic texture work as well (for characters eyes and mouths and other sprites) and we also need an experienced C# programmer who is familiar with procedural systems. Getting both of these positions filled on our team sooner means that you guys get the early access, and ultimately, the final game sooner! :D

And last but not least, some more art updates. Remember these are WIP screenshots representing the current quality of Legacy.

Be sure to follow us in indieDB to stay updated :)

Thank-you, definitely going for a very colorful look to the game, one of the nice things about toon shading.
