Why Frank Klepacki is remixing yours tracks instead of creating one?

Nothing wrong with a remix, it takes pretty much just as much work as making an original track if it's going to be done right and done good.

Well, you can perceive it as a kind of official 'blessing', when Westwood was putting C&C together it was comprised of just the "usual dudes" eg. Frank or Joe Kuncan (Kane - he was the director of the cut-scenes), Klepacki is known to be straight-open person, responsive both to his fans and C&C community, and he practically set up the example with his metal/industrial/funky/techno music mash-ups for entire era of rts games, his remix here means more support than most companies do in their entire practice. Since the guy invented this stuff, his remix here is a sort of statement "Cool stuff, I'm with you on this one guys, good luck". Besides of course being fine tune in itself (both remix and original, - I do not want to diminish the groundwork for this track) it is more of a trophy to the project that deserves it - Twisted is just the C&C some of us dreamt about for years. And I concur, it would be amazing to hear him with some fresh tune, but I think that guys who made the OST for TI did their job so well that there is no need for someone to steal their work, and a remix is a sort of "homage" since the guy himself set an example. Cheers, and happy gaming.

I think Frank's iconic guitar pretty much makes this whole remix.

Wait, wait, hold on. The reason some of these tracks have been so mindblowingly good (all of them are good, but a few really stand out) is because FRANK KLEPACKI HIMSELF has done tracks for your mod? That's beyond incredible. Take my vote.

Well, to be honest, they only got in contact with him about three or so years ago...which is still about half of the mod's life, at this point.
But anyway, they had to have been doing something right beforehand, right?

He's made two tracks as far as I know. Two remixes, the other one is of his original death march I'm pretty sure. ****in tune!

I think with the last release (and especially patches which enhance the GUI) TI really deserves to be in the Top 3 this year, and if not Top 3 then in Top 5 for sure. Best of luck!

To be honest, this one is my favorite of the two. It's so good, and how Frank did it is giving me both Tiberian Sun and Firestorm vibes. :P

I remember way back in 2008 when Aro thought this was a good idea. I was too self obsessed with modding fandom, being involved almost superficially with TSD and too self absorbed in my own ideas of what C&C should be! Eventually followed by a reluctance to continue modding with an ageing engine to be able to see the genius behind this mod and what Aro has accomplished.

Now we are greeted with the best TS mod in existence to date, may Aro's and all contributors sacrifices in time, energy and effort never be take in vein, EVER!

Download this mod, you won't regret it.
