April fools, it wasn't actually released. The "mod" was just the main menu that was designed to crash when a game was started.
For lulz, I'll leave the initial, poorly written release message below:
its been a long haul,, everyone, but I finally managed to get the Thiian race playable!!! All new textures, weapon effects, andeven some custom maps!!!!

It crashes when you try and open any Skirmish map! And only one race shows as an option...
Ah, you probably just have the shortcut set up wrong.
Please make sure you add "-mod itog_ver_5l00f.big" in the shortcut.
Really, it's not all that hard of a thing to do.
It's also an L in the "5l00f" part, not a number one.
Let me know of you are still having problems.

No, the shortcut is correct. It opens, but crashes when trying to open a map...
All my other mods work fine, so it is not my program...
