Hi, i need know your opinion. I have one mappack and there arent anything, only some level changers, so i must add all lights, doors manual and it will take very long time. My question is: do you want that i will use Mappack Call of Chernobyl ?
I will not use all locations and i will make my own story add new things etc.

Call of Chernobyl is super polished, so I think you should go with that.
Considering CoC is primarily intended for the use of modders, as opposed to the freeplay game most people DL'd it for, I'd say you'd be doing yourself a favor using it.
