To respond to multiple personal messages about the sudden disappearance and lack of updates concerning Rise of the Crime Lords. I've had a lot of personal things to deal with and along with that, I've had computer problems and no time or money to fix them. I'm hoping I'll be able to get back to work on this mod.

With some personal stuff I had to take care of and after having some trouble my laptop I'm back. Unsure when I'll be able to upload the new version, please be patient :)
