HW2 Map Packs Info news

After constant searching i have been able to finaly release the first map pack. Let me try to explain to you what it is all about. I have taken up the possiblity of being a mapper, thus I have made some maps. If you play Homeworld 2 on gamespy you might have seen me host a beta mapping thing, this is where I get the opinions of other people and test to ensure that it is good enough to play on the net. I only host the maps once I have tested them against CPU to make sure that they are playable before i take it to the net.

Questions, comments, critics please don't hesitate to tell me. Some maps will have a designed purpose e.g. one might need team work to win victory or another might need skill and strategy just to get to the enemy etc...
I will be putting the maps in packs to make it easier rather than have v1.0, 1.1, 1.2 etc. I will get some screenshots up for you too see the maps but i can't guarantee that they would be good screen shots. (I can never take a good picture).

If you would like to use my maps in your mod please ask me. I'd probably say yes but if I happened to find them without my knowlege i would be very upset, so just ask and i will see what i can do.

Please note that this news is abit late, since i only jsut figured out how to post it.

No need to extract the maps to any directory as I have modified the pack to include an installation program.
