Global OPS - Callsign news

I planed the callsigns as playercards, very similar to the BlackOps ones. The only thing I wanted to change was the emblem because mlp emblems need to much rescources.

After finishing the playercards I decide other and started a new try, now there will be callsigns, completely MW3 like.

Features

• Killsign, the killsign will be showen after killing a player ob dying
• Actionsign, the actionsign will be drawn at events, for example "First Blood"
