Question 01: Rome is currently one of the few stories that interests people most this days. What is your most favorite part about the Romans?
-Well mine is definitely The Colosseum.
Question 02: If you have the choice of using two swords or sword and shield or only a spear. What would you have chosen or is it another weapon you would have used?
-It's hard to choose but i think i'm gonna go with sword and shield because it has better protection against archers.
Q1: hard choice... I study latin at my school and i know a lot about roman culture, but i think i'll go with the military discipline that the army had. To achieve such a discipline took many hours and a lot of manpower, but it sure paid back in all the victories >:D
Q2: i would pick two swords, it gives you maneouverability, the ability to pary easily, counter easily, you can take on multiple enemies, and it just looks dang cool.
Really hope i win this, would be a great game to try when i get my new pc next month, bring me luck birthday :D
Q1 The similarities that can be drawn between them and today in every aspect.
Q2 Easy. First you throw the spear then fight with your sword and shield. Double swords are for barbarians to lay down at my feet in defeat.
Question 01: Well my favorite part about the romans is the colosseum

Question 01: Well their success on Europe, Middle East, and Africa. I always admired Alexander the Great for his successes on the battlefield.
Question 02: I go with Sword and Shield, makes me comportable when wielding a shield, makes me feel safe from archers or a rouge enemy.
Q1: The most favorite thing i can think of about the romans is how they want to war and how they fought, the strategies they used along with the formations the charged into battle with. It's all really cleanly done.
Q2: I would go with the standard sword and shield, because if you choose the other two you expose yourself more which will be more risky for when you are fighting. You can easily block any arrows coming towards you with the shield, and instead of having a more ranged weapon like the spear, you can draw yourself in using the shield and get a better result when striking the enemy.

It's hard to say what is my favorite part of the Romans.
I would say that is their engineering feats and skills is what attracts me more.
Their roads and highways permitted their armies to move quickly and the effective use of their logistics system.
The aqueducts brought water to cities that where very far from the water sources.
They built majestic structures like the Coliseum.
And they designed and build the siege weapons and war machines, that alongside their tactics and organization allowed them to expand the borders of the Republic/Empire to unmatched levels.

I would go with Sword and Shield. It allows me to fight inside a formation easily, and if we break formation I would still be able to fight efficiently.
1. my favourite part of rome definitely has to be the architecture from that time. everything from the colloseum, and the palazzo farnese. they're both two magnificent archistructures and only some of the beautiful structures that came from rome, and the roman era.
2. now for my weapon of choice. i would most likely go with a broadsword and and a light but sturdy shield. so in addition to the broadsword, it wouldnt add on too much weight.
1. My favorite thing about the Romans would have to be the "Testudo formation" that they would create with their "Scutum" shields. The amount of coordination required to form and maintain such a creative military formation is astounding. Especially while arrows are raining down on your shield.
2. I would have to go with the sword and shield. Because I actually have a Roman style short sword, and considering how I can barely maneuver one in anyway that looks remotely precise i would not even want to try two. And people who have ever seen me try to sweep the floor can attest to why I shouldn't even try to use a spear.
1. My favourite thing about the Romans is their unprecedented and unmatched determination and sheer will and patriotism (they lost 25% of the population to Carthage and yet pressed on the war). They practically started what we call a "total war".
2. 2 swords because it's just badass ;)
