As you know there is a deadly curse on this mod, called: coder curse. Don't need to give more details about this problem, sadly you know this very well.
I love this mod and I have not enough knowledge to working on the codes, so please don't wait for any further release. But feel free to continue the work, but - of course - let me know it. There is no existing SDK what I can give, so if somebody have enough time and knowledge... ...then he must start from the beginning.
Future
But the Life still goes on and the world didn't stopped. At this time I work on a new project, called "RTCW CCC". The mod will add the long awaited Classic Cooperative Campaign mod for "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" (2001) You can find the page of the mod, here: Moddb.com
The good news is that the mod has a very good coder: Fretn. He is the main leader. He started the work in spring (this year) and I joined to him in aug (or sept), so the mod has a very good chance to be finished in the future. More information will be coming soon, check out the site of the mod!

Seriously, your maps lacked any polish whatsoever and your models look derpy as ****.
I'm sorry that you can't find a coder.
Perhaps I'll make some custom maps for this mod.
