It's a weapons, npc, items, critters, maps, scripts, dialogues, fixes, car mod. All in one.
Short info:
-Whole game can be won using only one class weapons (small, big, energy or melee class ONLY!)
-28 new and upgraded weapons, 4 new ammo types
-Davin NPC mod (he levels-up now and is very useful NPC). Miria mod from Stone-D is integrated, too.
-Items positions on maps are changed (approx. 70% of them)
-Many critters have new, fixed or upgraded scripts now (shopkeepers, NPCs etc...)
-All maps contain many items (Broken Hills and San Francisco in the first line)
-82 scripts changed/corrected
-26 dialogues changed/corrected
-Totally NEW CAR in the game, check out on the homepage
-More than 30 bug/glitch/exploit fixes
-Anti-cheat system built in
-Bunch of other small changes, fixes, surprises, blabla...

there's an anti-cheat system implemented in the mod, hehe :)
