The first Eternal Silence custom map, cp_warpath, is entering beta today. This map is infantry-only and was created by our very own Michael Z. You can download the map from FPS banana. I hope to see servers hosting this map very soon. Here are a few screenshots:
In other news, patch 3.1 is pretty much final. We will be releasing it within a couple of days. It's going through its final paces with our testers this weekend. I'm quite happy with the changes and I'm sure everyone will appreciate better balance. Full change log

nah i'm glad it's just CP because this game just has one game mode right now on both maps...
Need More Game Modes and this is the step in the right direction
If the Omboard Combat works i will be a huge step forword cause then there will be 2 fun parts instead of one.
A infantry only map sounds good. It'd be cool to see some space only maps as well.
An infantry exclusive map sounds interesting. Both is good, but I feel it's a little too confusing as to what is the better approach when there's both space and infantry. With just the one it will be more intuitive. I hope this map is a success!
Not to be an ***, but cp_warpath is the name of a custom Team Fortress 2 map. It is, of course, up to you whether or not you wish to keep the name or not (to avoid some download confusion).
