Hey Guys,
We're releasing 3.1 today. It passed all our tests and greatly improved the game so we are passing it on to you. 3.1 is mainly a hotfix patch. We focused on fixing major balance issues and making the game flow better, especially in large games. We'll be providing new content and most likely new game modes with our 3.2 release. To get the 3.1 files, head over to our Downloads Section. The full change log is listed in the comments of this news post.

Hope spawn raping will be removed :)
The new capture rules make it so spawning stops when a battle gets to a subsystem. Should fix a LOT of problems.
