Ok, can I bother you to make a tutorial on how to do these ports? It definitely made me curious.
The Paranoia dev team did not port this, it was Override and Dreammatrix. They first ported Counter-Strike DC and Blue Shift and Black Ops and Opposing forces.
Dreammatrix was talking about doing a 007 mod like goldeneye but might need help developing it.
If you have the skills and drive to do it, porting mods from PC to DC shouldn't be too hard for you. All theire releases can be found at their forums, and a lot of information and tools can be found there too. They would be willing to help you out if you neeed any help or guidance.

Porting to the PS2 is not possible. The Dreramcast is far easier to devope for than the PS2 and porting PC mods to HLDC is simple because the Dreamcast is a Windows CE capible platform(HLDC is running on WinCE), but the textures and things do have to be converted to a DC .pvr texture format first, so there is a fair ammount of work involved in the porting process.

Quake 2 mods are not really supported on Dreamcast, but there is a Quake 2 port working, but it has no sound.
However Quake 1 is fully ported over, and it works with mods. There is a new version of Quake being worked on for Dreamcast and PC now called makaqu. It will have full hardware rendering in the 2.0 version being worked on now, so that means better looking Quake 1 mods with full 32bit textures. Other than Quake and Half Life PC mods on DC, the only other FPS engine I can think of that has a lot of PC mods on Dreamcast is Doom 1 and 2 mods.

Thank you for this outstanding job you did on this port! I've played the game already and it was a lot of fun and big challenge to finish all levels with the DC-controller. ;) I hope all HL and DC fans will enjoy it!
