Over the past several months we've had a lot of development and community activity, so we decided to designate our blog to discussing this and posting about it for everyone to know about via our social media sites. Unfortunately, we rather forgot/neglected those on Desura previously, and this was made apparent to us just recently. From now on, we're going to be posting *all stories* here as well for all of you Desura followers to enjoy :D

WoX-BloX Issue #2 - Community News
Date: December 2nd, 2011
Summary: The second issue of WoX-BloX posted, this time focused on community activity: Followup on the Global Gamers event and the 1on1 duel tournament by [BOT] talking about how it went/is going respectively, the "race challenge", Nexball community mapping contest, several new map remakes and original concepts, 4 new weapon model concepts, "My little pony" mod for Xonotic, new voice acting for announcers and character voices, and some new songs by the community to enjoy.

Xonotic Duel Commentary by Antibody

WoX-BloX Issue #1 - Developer News
Date: November 16th, 2011
Summary: The first issue of WoX-BloX is posted discussing the development of Xonotic over the past month or so, including very exciting things like: Player statistics, major improvements to the map lighting systems, code re-writes, 2 new maps in development, new weapon models, sandbox system similar to gmod, and a massive new game mode and mutator called "Overkill."

Global Gamers turns 5, celebrates with Xonotic!
