As everyone is patiently waiting for the standalone we still organize regular meeting games. The fourth one is scheduled at the moment for 14 December at 8 PM CET.
Very nice Rene, but what the heck is a meeting game?
It all started with the post of MoHAlixPr on Reddit.com and together with the input of other redditors it became a solid framework for something very simple, very intense and very entertaining.
The Meeting game is just the normal DayZ, but you have a few rules to follow:
Rules:
Have an organizer who takes care of the event. (choose server, send co-ordinates and time, etc.)
- Only use ingame microphone.
- Have a meetingpoint and a specific time on the ingame watch where you all meet up. Don't wait too long, the ones who miss the boat can try to catch up but nothing else. (from there see what happens)
- If you die, you die and you are out of the event. Leave the server. You can still organize another game for yourself and others who died. But you are out of this specific event.
- 8 people per event can participate. If there are more people joining I will split the groups into smaller groups so it will still be doable.

Hey killer, I appreciate your concerns. It hasn't happen before and that is because I only give out the times and coordinates like 1 minute upfront in the form of the letter you see at the beginning of the video. Like you see in the video as well, we've had friendly fire before and it will happen again. Because of the paranoia and only direct chat communication.
