This project is in developement and needs support. Only 2 programmers are active right now and it would make progress faster if poeple joined. As of now, priority number one is to make a toolset for modding. It is called ME3Explorer. It includes tools like .pcc editor, audio extractor, tlk editor and others. It is possible to replace textures, edit some properties, but later, i hope, it will allow to add new armors and stuff. Latest addition is xbox -> .pcc extractor/compressor which is a doorway to modding Xbox ME3. Tools are being updated freaquently, but there are tons of work to do. Join and spread the word!
I dont know but I think I would atleast wait to see whats in the Extended Cut before making a New Ending, what if they actually do fix the ending and this effort is pointlees(which is higly unlikely)
aww comon so much time passed ince announcment and u havaent figured out that they will not change the endings. They will only add clarity. It was Stated like that by Bioware
I wish you luck in this quest, making missions and scenes is tougher then tweaking stuff. But I have seen it happen before, takers who unite under a single banner and chose a leader who is almost a God when it comes to modding. The result will shake the community to its core.
I would of just went with a CG movie of the Mass Effect ending called "how it should of ended" or something.
If you guys make success then there will be a great deal more options in ME3 modding. However, I doubt trying to mod Xbox 360 will ever go well...
I think it'd bet in your best interest to see if you can find the same code breakers as there were to get The Force Unleashed into a semi-moddable state.
I mean, this is actually a damn alluring idea, legal issues aside. A toolkit like this could be used to create user-made quests, fix bugs, etc.
Thats what this project is all about. Toolset can already be used to modify game, but later the goal is to create an epic 3 or 4 part enging, even bigger than me2 suicide mission. Slowly helpers are joinong. One writer wrote a script for the ending and it is fantactic. About toolset...as of now latest addition is ability to edit levels(rooms) and add new ojects to them or edit existing ones.

I can't give answer to your question, because there is no confirmed script for the ending. Project is open for fan created scripts and ideas. You should submit your suggestions and ideas on the projects page.
I wish the best for this effort. Bioware has failed us, and its up to the modding community to fix what they couldnt. This guy has been making his own ending, and getting voice actors to actually say his lines. Im not suggesting taking his ending, but you might ask for the voice actors. Koobismo.deviantart.com only listened to one audio track, and while I didnt use vega enough to say if he's a match, javiks a good match.
That is great idea. I love marauder shields comics. When time come, the project might ask Koobismo's help.
