Blocks That Matter is a puzzle/platformer in which a tiny driller robot travels underground in order to save its creators, kidnapped by someone who wants to steal their work. You are this robot, the Tetrobot : you can drill blocks of matter one by one, collect them, and recycle them into new pieces of 4 blocks. You also have the possibility to destroy lines of 8+ blocks in a very «retro russian» game style. Sand, wood, stone, obsidian, iron, diamond : each matter has its specific behaviour you'll have to use wisely and take advantage of them. So get ready to use your brain and combine your platforming and puzzle-solving skills in this incredible mashup! Contains 100% natural Slime extract and a lot of love for videogames history.

Awesome game! <3
I think it's hilarious when people have sales for games under 10 dollars, I saved 50 cents! WOOOOOOOO! xD lol
This game should be in the next The Humble Indie Bundle 4!
I think this game looks very much like minecraftxD But it's supposed to, I think?
Looks interesting -- and oddly the art style seems to remind me of Battle Box Theatre...
Also, will there be a PSN port? *crosses fingers*
Hi,
Well for now we got any plan to port on PS3 :(
But who knows!
XBLA seems more reachable since the game won the Grand Prize at Dream Build Play competition, it should give acces to a XBLA slot.
Technically, the game was written in C#, and if it goes on XBLA, it will be still C#.
On PC, we used Java to port the game, so that we can release it on Windows, Mac and Linux (we are working on that last point! Thanks for your patience Linux users).
Java is very similar to C# on a lot of points, so the port was not as difficult as it would be if we port the game to PSN (C++ only).
And you're right, the isometric block representation can remind Battle Block Theater!
That looks AWESOME - huge thumbs up to the devs. Any chance of a demo release?
For now, the only "Demo" thing we have is our "TechDemo" which consist of 5 levels taken from the game.
You can find this here:

If you use Windows, you may will have to update your Java Machine, but in the final game, a Java Machine is embedded for Windows users.
Thanks!
