The UK factions can deploy standrd infantry as well as Commandos at Tech 2 and 3. Besides, they can use officers to call in offmap artillery barrages. There are 4 types of officers: Squad Leaders who can call in one mortar barrage on the enemy. Sergeants who can call in several mortar barrages on the enemy, Lieutenant who can request the support of an offmap 25 pounder battery and finally the Captain who can call in several heavy artillery barrages but you can deploy only one Captain per game.
The UK faction will be able to deploy fast cruiser tanks at tech 1 such as the Crusader, and also infantry support tanks such as the Matilda. At tech2 you can use M4A1 Sherman, Cromweel and Achilles. At tech 3 you can call in Sherman Fireflies.
The Support Commands available are the following:
CHAIN OF COMMAND SUPPORT:
The chain of command allows you to improve your officers. You will be able to boost the troop stats with officers, to use the officers to temporarily gain tech points and to speed up double the effectiveness of your production rate and resources income,.
ROYAL COMMANDOS SUPPORT:
You will be able to use gliders to land troops behind enemy lines, to deploy SAS saboteurs and Tetrarch tanks.
DESERT RATS SUPPORT:
You will be able to use Desert Rats troop such as the 7th Armored Mobile Infantry, the Churchill MK IV and MK VII infantry support tanks, and to use infiltrators to sabotage enemy lines.
FORTIFICATION SUPPORT:
This support is based on a defensive strategy: every static gun will receive fortification kits, you will be able to call in Heavy Engineers with flamethrowers and mines, you will be able to deliver APDS ammo to your units and to use tank ditches.
