No. As mentioned their would answer to none but the line of Isildur and the Army of the Dead being actually able to kill is a movie only thing, in the book their only weapon is fear, they can't actually fight. :P

Everyone you have Aragorn in your party so you could lead them by leading aragorn. But no the is cool but needs alot of improvment. For example TLD is awesome.

No,first polish up other features,add factions,remove bugs. Then If you can,make it so as you must complete a quest to get the army,and you also must be the Heir of Isildur (I know it is Aragorn,but you could add a feature where someone becomes the heir,or is his relative somehow).
