Hello dear community,
Those who follow us regularly know this: In the news posts made the last few years we've always presented you content that was nearly finished and (usually) polished.
Now that we have begun to focus on the GCs and the ground part we have decided to change that - a bit.
We are making significant progress with the development of the mod but this type of progress is hard to show. Mainly because we are now working on the base code that is needed for said ground and GC battles.
That's why we want to try to post more early work-in-progress pictures of the mod so you can tell us what you think and help us improve the mod right from the beginning.
To begin with, we want to show you the latest ground map we are working on: Juna
Let us know what you think and please do not hesitate to share your honest opinion.
We can't make the mod perfect for everybody but we try to listen to constructive criticism as well as we can!
We would also like to thank all of you who participated in the play-with-devs-event that was hosted in January - we hope you had as much fun as we did. Some people asked us to organise such events more frequently but to quite frankly, organising these events took us much more time than expected. Still, we also love these days when we can play with and against you so we decided to do a "light version" next month.
No official Teamspeak this time, and most likely less devs - but surely the same amount of fun; the next Stargate TPC online session will start on the 6th of April (Sunday) at 20:00/8 p.m. GMT + 1 resp. 15:00/3 p.m. in New York (UTC/GMT -5 hours) || for TimeZoneConverter see here. Games will be hosted on the German servers again but most likely most of the ingame chat will be in English.
Last but not least we are proud to announce that the SGMG has started a partnership with the Empire at War mod Stargate Universe: Destiny´s Journey.
We're still working out the details so stay tuned for more!

It'll be fun to play with you guys again since this is the only multilayer in a game that I have really gotten into, it makes it good fun when I get the chance to play :). Also Juna looks great. Will wait patiently for ground and GC and will be here with constant support :).
Could you make one GC map with just space and no ground. I have 3 other mods installed on my computer that just use space for a GC game and honestly I enjoy them more than the ones that have ground battles. (Not including Stargate at War, which is my favorite mod!)
There should be a few when you consider the supergates, blackholes, astroid belts, stations, and all other kinds of stuff midway etc
I mean a full Galactic Conquest where there is nothing but space battles, not just 2 or 3 battles.
How do you sign up for the Stargate TPC online session? Sounds like something I would enjoy! :)
