The Zone of Alienation mod is an adaptation of the renowned AMK mod. It is built on top of a specialized variant of AMK that uses a magazine system. From this premise, it has expanded to aim to include the following:
Unlike the major stalker paramilitary factions, Loners do not often use camouflage patterns in their suits. Instead they rely more on solid color camouflage to keep them less visible.
And also, because loners are not a unified faction, I've added a few meshes that are modified/different than the standard stalker suit. Some of these will become new suits that the player can wear.

oh man FINALLY stalkers in trenchcoats. that's awesome, and raincoats + high-end armored suits is even more awesome. you could also use models without the balaclava and hood over head, i think doctor in ShoC and noah in CoP used these.
I even have a model for SoC that has Scar wearing one, I have an idea of where to add him into the game as part of the story, but aside from that I'll answer why the models you mentioned aren't easy to edit.
Most of the models that use the coat and don't have the balaclava have specific heads assigned to them, and they don't really use generic heads, and really I can't just make new heads for them, and even editing the textures is a stretch and it's likely it wouldn't come out well.
I really wished that guy who came up with the meshes for Marked One with all the vanilla suits had also come up with one for the trenchcoat, which I find really odd since he even wears one in one of the games cutscenes.
