So i really like this mod, best mod for SoC if you ask me, but i have some questions:
why doesnt NV work? i have a stalker suit and a seva suit and NV doesnt work. Tried messing with the items and found some "NV_kit" item, but using those with the seva equipped doesnt work either
Also Why is it still dark at 9 o clock in the morning?

NV does work, but for balance reasons I've changed several of the earlier game suits to not utilize night vision. This is to give an actual place in the game's progression for night vision scopes to be used on weapons that carry them. Night vision is one of the central aspects of ZoA that I'm focusing on modifying. The scope versions of night vision are only sort of half-implemented currently, but they will use the same type of night vision that suits use eventually, and they will also be split into 2 generations.
Suits that do have NV in ZoA are late-game suits. So faction SEVAs / exoskeletons / SKAT-9 / SKAT-10.
You probably have the weather bug, but sometimes it's not that, it's just not the weather updating properly. try making a separate save there and loading it, if the weather still persists as dark you have the sleeping bag bug, which can be alleviated with this.

Workaround: Back up gamedata\scripts\level_weathers.script, edit it in Notepad.
Replace the contents with Pastebin.com then save and play.From my understanding the weather/sleeping bag bug can be avoided so long as you don't sleep past sunrise when using the sleeping bag, which probably interrupts the day/night cycle.
