Aftermath 0.4 doesn't have a lot of extra features but it's our most stable version with over 20 fixes!
Aftermath is a hl2 mod which involves the player killing waves of the undead with your friends or alone using weapons, your knife or even blow them up with grenades and set them alight with Molotov's.
Aftermath is point based and requires you to buy weapons and doors with points gained from killing zombies, new features include barriers which allow you to slow down zombies by blocking their path, zombie dismemberment, weapon upgrading, combo bonuses and more maps.
Current maps: Harbor, Quarantine, Napalm, Night napalm, Condemned, Containerville, Havoc
Coming soon: Dead End and voted by you ( Lighthouse map )

The mod has had a whole ton of fixes and i mean over 20!, this may not seem like a massive change but think of this like a bug fixing version hopefully in the next version we will have some new thing's to show off.
You know i have always wanted to add in a gun which shoot's a laser which chain's between zombies and the last one in the chain explodes into pieces hmm..

The elemental zombies and weapons idea is cool and i think it's possible but i dont understand how we will be able to give weapons a trait i guess we could make it random so if you buy a weapon it gains a trait but getting this balanced wont be easy, also we will need particle effects and new tracers..
Cool new weapon's are needed to keep the mod from getting boring, when you hit the higher round what have you got to spend the money on? I will hopefully be able to get permission to use some weapon models which i can transform into some weapons inspired by the "wonder weapons" i always liked the idea of having chained weapon's and i really like the thunder gun from black ops which i already coded a year ago.

I love this game lots, and I'm pretty sure you (The dev) have already thought of this but would you mind switching the fast zombies to the normal slow-ish zombies cuz its pretty hard to get to later waves. Could make the sprint less to compensate or make the character weaker. Also I can't find the pack-a-punch, if its in the game, rotfl.
