He couldn't because it's just a sh it copy of the Chinese game CSO.
Not really a copy. The main reason (in my opinion) CSO was **** was because it was pay to win. There's none of that in this mod.

Cool when you replace all the weapons make sure to release a addon so we can replace all the weapons in the original hl game and all the mods for it :)
