ZombieMod takes a unique approach on the Zombie Apocalypse by putting it in the perspective of a military commander, not a survivor. Since it is 2 years after the first infections, resistance on the east coast is organized, resulting in battles rather than small groups fighting for survival.

"In these pictures you can see a squad of Bundeswehr basic infantry attacking zombies supported by an M1126 Strkyer. The German infantry are armed with the G36K assault rifle and can throw fragmentation grenades and smoke grenades to conceal their movement. The M1126 supporting them can carry up to 8 soldiers and is armed with a .50 caliber CROWS (Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station) for self defense. Both are available through the International Crisis doctrine."
