Time has come for more updates !!!, thanks to SysOp this MOD have arise from the ashes just to reborn more powerful than ever. Now Zion Warcry´s a matter of the ARES development team ( a new formed Group on Moddb ).
The project was closed the last year 2008 because of technical problems that couldn´t be fixed. The new enemies, maps, etc ,were all stopped in their development, just letting some of them being non discarded because of their quality.
zion Warcry will finally be released as soon as some of its bugs are fixed and the zion map is finished with all the look and action seen in the original Matrix movie.
Version 2.0 it´s WIP actually. The v.2.0 is more a 95% coding and 5% modelling and mapping. It will take a little to be finished but expect very impressive things!!! This video down here was made with elements of this last version but IT´s not made with the actual version, v2.0 has a lot more new things. ;)

Since year 2004 there were a lot of work involved in this project, unfortunately I have arrived at a dead end where I was not abele to continue. So I decided to put a end to this. Fortunately, SysOp, former leader of the ARES group ( Argentina-España Mod Development Group )has taken the project as a personal duty, and soon he will start again all with all his skills working at a 100% to make this MOD as it was intended to be.
Although my first intention was to publish the SDK of this MOD, I decided not to do it because there are a lot of work to do before releasing it, and, since now, and considering that all work coming from SysOp will be his work and the v2.0 will be copyright SysOp, because all work involved in the new NPCs, the Enemies AI, new hud elements, and the final cinematycs of the Zion Map will come from his brain...the v2.0 SDK could only be published if SysOp will do so, because it´s not entirely my work.
I don´t know if I´ll release the v1.0 SDK, aiway, I prefer to wait that v2.0 be released, then, let the gods decide.

Thank you very much, i install the patch and the MOD work all right, only i have problems with the first person view (it´s inside the mech?) and to reload amunition, 999 bullets are ver poor to fight ;-)
By other hand y must to put the folder of the MOD into the Half Life Steam installation, i think you must put a readme to explain it.

Mod is stil ain development. Remember that I have a BIG handicap: Movie Fidelity. In fact, I have reshaped the map zw_zion to fit better the sizes of the APUs and I have to do new models ( barracks and other env models) to make the map look real.
I was very busy last two months, so updates seemed to never arrive. Sorry for that. But I finished more new things for the MOD that, for sure, will like all of you.
Give ame a little more time and I swear you won´t de delused. ;)

You can play it at 66 fps with more than 66 sentinels flying and more than 60 sentinels´ corpses scattered around. Recently I managed to make them disappear after a while , and also made the engine only precaches a few sounds and elements so we get more free memory to use for the game.
The MOD now is full done, I am reskinning with alphas some textures of the APU, the doors and the light trees so they look better, but, for the rest of things is about to be released, I have one mania, I want it look perfect.... ¡¡ Expect it soon ;) !!
How many centinels dos it hold without lag/frame problrms?
