i could animate any character that i want to... the thing is.. i don't have enough "time" to manually animate them.
of course, i could BE fast like others.. if u want me to do like They are doing, Take some models and take some bones and then export the character.. well the quality of the character will reduce. That is why i make characters manually.. because i make them more high quality. And to make High quality characters.. it takes more Time to do it
You are not forced to diversify everything between your characters. Some things can be used for others (walking animations, deflect etc..). I take for example ZEQ2-Lite's goku and vegetaSaiyan. Both have similar animations but the diversity is still present. Set up some bip files. They will be of a good help.
There's a thing that should be discussed on this subject in the forums. The set of actions (basically a consequent part of the gameplay) and their attributed animations.. This domain, as for many others, should be improved in it's base to permit breaking limits afterward and reach the ultimate goal (which is full immersion and faithfulness to the defined universe).
I hope we will be able to provide that as soon as possible.. Still, good luck for these characters.
