Heya everyone. The addon packs I am uploading here are not created by me, but are being made available here to clear up some issues with the main site's slowdowns. This is the infamous Revolution series created by Lukaszenko_PL, and includes a bunch of characters, maps, and new textures and models for the HUD, main menu, and the game itself.

Well a couple of weeks ago I uploaded my version of Bills , but itdidnt has the textures applied to the model , well after research I came up with a way and now it is available with the textures fixed, it dosnt have the tail YET or the thing in his pants that I will fix later , but for now enjoy your Bils with textures...

Sorry, but this Bills is on the right track but it's FAR from done.
1. The skin/fur isn't the right color. You put a really loud purple while in the movie, he has grayish/purplish fur.
2. There's isn't a face on him! It's just plain purple! You still need to make the models look cool from front and behind
3. He's pretty buff. In the movie, he's pretty skinny.
4. When he's standing sideways, his torso is almost completely off the legs.
5. Try to take some lines from the movie to add in there. It will help a lot.
6. Try to develop his Super Attacks... I can describe 3 he does:
- Underground and Ki blast are going in many different ways at once
- The Supernova like blast where he used to hands and threw it
- The Huge Beam he blasted at the ball to make it much bigger.
Those are some suggestions you should think about adding.
Yeah , thakns for the ideas, it is not done as it is obvious, because of the movie not being dubbed on english , I couldnt use much material, the face , well I am working on it, the color Yeah I see what you are talking about, Ill try my best, If you saw my other addon (the one without the textures) you can see that it is made of other parts of other characters, which are cooler and Piccolo, I am not that good with modeling so yeah, The attacks are too much , I mean the attacks he allready has are maybe too much powerful onehit and they die automatically, he allready has a finger beam... but I ask you to just have fun with it its not done yet but it is what I can bring up to this point... Have fun with it and dont think of it as the last I will bring up,because beleive me, it will not be the last we see out of Bills...

For the voice, for now, just take it off the Japanese version of the film.
The skin, just grab color from an image.
All I did to modify it for when I play is just change his skin
How exactly do I change the skin color? Just paint it? What should I use?

man you actually made some serious progress I congratulate you , altough thhe upper texture is old, you can use the new one I think it would look better, for the animation ,pants and face its perfect you are awesome for making so much things I couldnt, post it out without worries...

If its not done why in the world would you put it on the website..... Usually people like to download things that is complete... You waisted your time uploading this ****.You should've just finished the crap you started instead of putting half of the crap on the website. You are just flooding indiedb and modDB with crap. Spamming it with junk.
see, it just for fun dont take it seriously , its just a char when its done then it will be good I assure you I am even planing on a multilanguage release, with the spanish, japanese and prtuguese dubs, when the movie is english dubbed then I will probabaly release a better audio pack... if you think it is crap then why do you even bother into opening this page...
