Sparking Meteor Pre-Final file

Just so you guys know, I am a relatively new moderator of the ZEQ2-Lite forums, and I have been ordered by Bradless (Zeth) to upload addon packs onto ModDB because we are having bandwidth issues with downloads. So we decided to transfer all the addon packs from the site to here. For those of you who do not go to the ZEQ2-Lite site, samcrossette has uploaded these files a long time ago, and never put them up here for some very odd reason. No matter. Anyway, this is the Pre-Final version of Sparking Meteor. It's standalone, meaning it can be used without the official SVN Revision 1536 (Or the snapshot version of 1536) release of ZEQ2-Lite. However, it still needs the Master Server Fix.
