ZEmod is online team strategy and DM gaming mod for Battlezone II. It has nearly totally recreated contents as there is very little leftovers from the original game. Both, ISDF and Scion had to be taken out to get the right type of changement and believeability for the mod. As ISDF and Scion are now gone, there is great room for new balances, such as totally new types of units, AI, weapons and visual look. Basicly said, it is almost a totally new game. The mod will work simply as a "map pack mod", no separated exe is needed to run it, that means you can scan and access ZEmod games from same gamelist as the original game uses. ZEmod does not cause conflicts with the original game or other mods.

Since the developer of ZE Mod (spAce) is currently busy working on things like infinity online, and such, he has given ZE Mod Development to me, General BlackDragon.
When I get some time, I will post a patch to fix all the current bugs, and eventually when I get the XSI's from spAce, I can make a 1.3 version of the mod.

well maybe if some one wanted to....i would help them make a mod? i dont know much but i can pick it up quiet easily.
It would be awesome if someone who had some time could gather a good mod team together and make a modern version of this such as useing humvees and apaches =D

hey when is this mod going to be able for download i just found my copy of BZ2 so i'm looking for some mods any good ones you know
ZE mod is not dead, General BlackDragon is continuing the development, as spAce has become busy working on more important things. The ZE mod version 0.6 has been available for the past, year or so. I will pickup where spAce left off and make improvements/bug fixes.
and, cobra01, the answer is No. spAce specifically told me that no one has permission to use anything from ZE mod in their own.
is this mod dead? cuz ive been waiting for a long time for this mod to come out
